If you need a cocoa variant, just replace part of the mixture, 1-2 tablespoons, with Liana Dark Cocoa, which is also gluten-free.
Ingredients: corn starch, rice flour, corn flour, baking powder 2.66% (sodium hydrogen carbonate and disodium diphosphate), stabilizer: sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.
