In addition to the great taste of juicy apples, the great advantage of the recipe is its simplicity and speed.
Ingredients
Dough
  • 450 g Cake mix Liana
  • 250 g vegetable fat
  • 6 spoons of powdered sugar
  • 3 spoons of milk
  • 3 whole eggs
Filling
  • 700 g (net weight of apples for thin slices)
  • 3 spoons of powdered sugar
  • 1 pc Golden cream Liana

  1. 1. Make the dough by hand from the listed ingredients and put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Divide the dough in half, roll it into a circle, transfer it to a mold with a rolling pin (preferably with a removable bottom) and press it to the edges.
  3. 3. Layer the apple-pudding filling.
  4. 4. Roll out the other half of the dough and transfer it to the filling again with a rolling pin.
  5. 5. Cut off the excess dough and prick it with a fork.
  6. 6. Bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
  7. 7. Let the baked cake cool completely and then cut it.

Filling procedure:
