Dough
- 450 g Cake mix Liana
- 250 g vegetable fat
- 6 spoons of powdered sugar
- 3 spoons of milk
- 3 whole eggs
Filling
- 700 g (net weight of apples for thin slices)
- 3 spoons of powdered sugar
- 1 pc Golden cream Liana
- 1. Make the dough by hand from the listed ingredients and put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- 2. Divide the dough in half, roll it into a circle, transfer it to a mold with a rolling pin (preferably with a removable bottom) and press it to the edges.
- 3. Layer the apple-pudding filling.
- 4. Roll out the other half of the dough and transfer it to the filling again with a rolling pin.
- 5. Cut off the excess dough and prick it with a fork.
- 6. Bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
- 7. Let the baked cake cool completely and then cut it.
Filling procedure:
- 1. Grate the apples into thin slices and mix them with sugar and Golden Cream.
