A sweet form of breakfast in the form of apple fritters with homemade jam.
Ingredients
- 1 glass of Cake mix Liana
- 6 smaller apples
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ¾ cup sparkling water

Approach
- Peel the apples, grate them on a grater and squeeze out the excess water.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs with sugar, water and mix the cake mix and apples with a wooden spoon. Mix and place thicker pancakes on the pan. Bake on hot oil from both sides.
- Transfer the finished product to a napkin to absorb excess oil. Sprinkle hot with powdered and cinnamon sugar.

We can also prepare fritters from Universal mix Liana instead of Cake mix Liana. If we decide on Universal mix, it is necessary to add ½ KL of Liana baking powder.
