Gluten-free and dairy-free slices of heaven prepared with the gluten-free flour mixture CAKE MIX Liana.

  • 50 ml of oil
  • 5 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 6 PL Cake mix Liana
  • 1 tbsp ground coffee

  1. Mix the egg yolks with sugar, water and oil. Add the cake mix and coffee and then mix in the egg whites. Bake the carcass at 175°C for 10-15 minutes, depending on the type of oven.
  2. We cook a thick pudding from milk, sugar and Golden Cream. Add cream to the cooled mixture and season with lemon juice. Spread half of the cream on the body.
  3. We brew strong instant coffee and let it cool. We dip gluten-free sponge cakes in coffee and place them on top of the cream. Then spread the other half of the cream.
  4. Prepare the stabilizer - coffee hardener according to the instructions on the package and apply it to the cream. Finally, sprinkle with dark cocoa.
  5. Store the dessert in the refrigerator preferably overnight.
