Wilton purple gel food coloring. Highly concentrated color allows for bold and vibrant colors even in small applications. The gel fixes very well into the mass, without adding water. Usage: add a small amount of food coloring to the finished cream.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, glycerol E422, water, dyes : E122, E133, starch, citric acid E330, sodium citrate E331, E220, agar E406. Dye E122 may have an adverse effect on attention and activity in children. May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame, molluscs . The dye is not intended for direct consumption. The maximum dose is 1.40 g / 100g. Contains traces of fat, sugar, protein and salt - no nutritional information is required.
