  1. Beat the softened butter with sugar until foamy. Gradually add rice flour, Universal mix with salt and potato starch.
  2. Dissolve the chocolate in milk in a water bath and add to the dough.
  3. Beat the egg whites stiff and gently work them into the dough. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, prepare a decorative bag and sheets with baking paper. Transfer the dough to a piping bag and spray different shapes on the baking sheet. Bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
