Cookie dough

- 500 g soft cottage cheese
- 100 ml of milk
- 1 egg
- Golden cream Liana 1 pc
- 120 g of sugar
- Liana vanillin sugar 1 pc
- 1 teaspoon Liana lemon topping

1. Grind or crush the cookies, mix them with melted butter and press them into the bottom of the cake pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the cream with an electric mixer in one container and pour it into the cookie dough mold. Bake at a temperature of 170°C for about 40 minutes. Let it cool and put it in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours to harden. Decorate with fruit, jam or glaze.
