Sugar pearls are ideal for decorating cakes, ice cream, desserts and gingerbread. They are made from a sweet and soft sugar mass.

Ingredients : sugar (96%), rice starch, glucose syrup, maltodextrin, wheat flour, shellac, dyes: E131, Camauba wax. May contain milk, soy, nuts, peanuts. The product is sensitive to moisture. Decorate just before serving. Store in a dry and dark place.
