                    - 200 g of gluten-free butter cookies
 - 100 g of butter
 
Cream
- 250 ml of whipping cream
 - 250 g soft cottage cheese
 - 250 g of white yogurt
 - 50 ml of milk
 - 100 g of sugar
 - 1 pc Liana vanillin sugar
 - 1 teaspoon Liana lemon topping
 - 12 g Liana food grade gelatin
 
1. Grind or crush the cookies, mix them with melted butter and press them into the bottom of the cake pan. Put it in the refrigerator to harden.
 2. Let the gelatin swell in the milk.
3. Mix the other ingredients into the whipped cream. Heat the swollen gelatin in the microwave until it dissolves and immediately beat it with an electric mixer into the prepared cream mass. Arrange the fruit and pour the cookie dough into the mold. We put it in the refrigerator for about 4 hours to harden.
