Popular mole (gluten-free) cake in a simpler version - in glasses. A very quick recipe in which no setting time is needed, so it can be served immediately.

  • 550 ml of milk
  • 3 spoons of granulated sugar
  • 1 bag Golden cream Liana
  • 1 bag (30g) Whipped cream delight Liana/powdered whipped cream

  1. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. In the second bowl, beat the egg yolks with sugar, oil and water until foamy. Beat the cake mix, dark cocoa and lightly mix in stiff snow. Bake a thin body in a cake form. Bake in a heated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. Let the body cool down.
  2. Make a thick cream from 400 ml of milk, golden cream and sugar and leave to cool, stirring occasionally.
  3. In 150 ml of chilled milk, whip Whipped Delight until stiff. Beat the cooled cream with a hand mixer and mix in the prepared whipped cream.
  4. We alternately layer the crumbled corpus, cream, sliced banana into circles in the glasses, cream again and make a scoop of the crumbled corpus on top.

A good tip:
This dessert is very quick and requires no setting time. It can be served as soon as it is prepared.
