Gluten-free chocolate brownies

  1. Melt the chocolate together with the butter in a microwave oven or in a water bath. Let it cool down.
  2. Using an electric mixer, mix the eggs and sugar into a light foam, add a pinch of salt while mixing.
  3. Mix the sifted cake mix with cocoa by hand and gradually pour in the cooled melted chocolate.
  4. Pour onto a tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 170°C. We adapt the length of baking to the size of the baking sheet, the larger the baking sheet, the shorter the baking time.
  5. Brownies are served slightly cooled with ice cream or whipped cream and fruit.
