  1. We prepare the ganache the day before. Pour the hot whipping cream over the chocolate, let it stand for a while and stir until the chocolate melts. Let it harden in the refrigerator.
  2. Beat the egg whites together with a pinch of salt until stiff, while gradually adding the egg yolks and sugar. Gradually mix the sifted mixture of Cake mix and cocoa by hand. Pour into a mold lined with baking paper and bake for 60 minutes at 160°C. Let it cool down.
  3. Mix the thickener in the milk, add to the ganache and beat. While whisking, add cottage cheese.
  4. Cut the body into 3 parts. We fill the cake as follows: coat the body with fruit in jelly, apply cream and cover with another body. Cover the entire surface of the cake with cream.
  5. Decorate the cake with the remaining cream, chocolate sprinkles, chocolate decorations and strawberries.
  6. Heat the chocolate and whipping cream in the microwave and mix. With the help of a pastry bag, create fritters on the cake.
  7. We create chocolate decorations from pure melted chocolate, which we draw using a pastry bag on foil (flowers, grids, hearts) and let it harden. Let the gelatin swell in water and melt in the microwave. We wrap the strawberries in it, which will get a shine thanks to the gelatin and keep them fresh.
