The most popular gluten-free apple pie
Dough
- 450 g Cake mix Liana
- 250 g butter at room temperature
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
Apple filling
- 600 g grated apples
- 3 bags Liana cinnamon sugar
1. Grate the cleaned apples and squeeze out the excess juice. Add 3 bags of Liana cinnamon sugar and mix.
2. Put the weighed Cake mix, room temperature butter, powdered sugar, eggs into a bowl and knead by hand. Divide the dough into 2 parts. For better work with the dough, we can put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the base with Cake mix, roll out the dough to the size of the baking sheet. Coat the baking sheet with oil, transfer the dough to the baking sheet with a rolling pin and press it to the edges of the baking sheet. Spread the apple filling evenly. Roll out the second part of the dough and transfer it to the filling.
3. Place in an oven heated to 180°C and bake for 30-35 minutes.
