A quick and easy recipe is what we need if we get a sweet tooth. The cake is also suitable for those who cannot or do not want to use eggs in baking.
Ingredients

Dough (cup 250 ml)

Cream

  • 250 g 45% / 70% Chocolate Liana
  • 300 g of white yogurt/sour cream

  • peaches in jelly/jam

  1. Mix sour milk, oil, cake mix and sugar. Add baking soda and cocoa. Mix everything together with a mixer so that a uniform dough is formed.
  2. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with paper and spread evenly.
  3. Bake in a heated oven for approximately 20 minutes at 175°C.
  4. In the meantime, prepare the cream: Melt the chocolate in the microwave. Mix with yogurt/sour cream.
  5. Spread the cooled cake with, for example, fruit in jelly/jam to taste.
  6. Spread the cream evenly on top. The cake can be decorated with nuts or freeze-dried fruit.
