Are you coming to visit or do you want to enjoy an evening in front of the telly? In no case should you be without gluten-free bars according to our recipe on your table.
Ingredients
  • 200g Cake mix Liana
  • 70 g of butter or vegetable fat
  • 1 egg
  • 5 g of salt
  • 100 g of sour cream or yogurt
Next we need
  • 1 egg for brushing
  • sesame, poppy seeds, whole cumin and coarse salt for sprinkling

  1. Mix all the ingredients into a dough, wrap in foil and put in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to a thickness of 2-3 mm and cut out different shapes with a stick cutter or a rolling pin.
  3. Place on a tray lined with baking paper and brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with sesame, cumin, poppy seeds or coarse salt to taste and bake at 170°C for 15-20 minutes until pink.
