Simple gluten-free muffin cups that you can prepare in a few minutes. You don't need any confectionary skills, just imagination how to improve the dough, e.g. pieces of chocolate, raisins, nuts and then just fill the cupcakes. Muffins are soft, pliable and suitable both for celebrations and for regular weekend baking
Ingredients
  • 1 mug Cake mix Liana
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp salt
Appendices
  • raisins
  • crushed nuts
  • pieces of chocolate
  • small pieces of fruit
  • lentils

  1. Mix eggs, sugar, salt, oil and milk. Mix Cake mix Liana with a whisk.
  2. Add pieces of chocolate, raisins, crushed nuts, lentils to the dough to taste. Fill paper cups with dough to half their height.
  3. Bake at 160-170°C for about 15 minutes.

A good tip:
We can quickly and easily make great cupcakes from muffins by decorating them with light whipped cream made from Liana whipped cream stiffeners.

Good tip 2:
We can improve the dough by replacing part of the milk with yogurt or acidophilic milk.
