Gluten-free mug cake with fruit and sprinkles

One mug, a few ingredients and a perfect gluten-free fruit cake with sprinkles will be on the table right away.
Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 mug of milk
  • 3 mugs Cake mix Liana

  1. Beat the eggs together with the sugar until foamy. Gradually add oil and milk. Mix Liana cake mix by hand.
  2. Pour onto a tray lined with baking paper.
  3. Mix Cake mix, sugar and oil for the sprinkle.
  4. Place the fruit of your choice on the dough and cover with sprinkles.
  5. Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes. Let it cool down.
