  1. Grate the hard cheese finely. Add the remaining ingredients and make a non-sticky dough by hand. Wrap in foil and leave for at least 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Divide the dough into 8 parts on a floured work surface. We make a small loaf from each. Roll out thinly into a circle. We make holes in the dough with a thicker straw and cut it into 8 parts. Place on a tray lined with baking paper.
  3. Bake in a heated oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
