Gluten-free mug cake with fruit

Quick, simple, but especially tasty. These are the biggest advantages of this dessert :-)
Ingredients
  • 3 mugs Cake mix Liana
  • 1 and 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup oil
  • ¾ cup milk (we used almond milk, but it can be any kind)
  • 4 eggs
  • Fruit to taste: strawberries, apricots, blueberries, currants, plums.....
  • Mug 250 ml

  1. Mix all the ingredients together. Pour the dough onto a greased and lined baking sheet.
  2. Arrange the fruit according to taste and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C. After baking, sprinkle with sugar.
