  1. Mix the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and make a soft dough by hand. We divide it into two parts, roll it out, cut out circles or hearts and place it on the opposite side of a sheet of baking paper. We can cut out circles or hearts before baking, but also after. Bake at a temperature of 160-180°C for 5-6 minutes (depending on the oven). Let it cool completely on the baking sheet.
  2. We cook a thick pudding from milk, golden creams and universal mix, which we leave to cool. For a better taste, we can add a few drops of rum aroma. Sprinkle the still hot pudding with vanillin sugar to prevent a crust from forming.
  3. Beat the butter with powdered sugar and gradually mix in the cooled whipped pudding. Using a pastry bag with a decorating tip, apply to half of the wheels.
  4. Whip the whipping cream and again apply it to the cream using a pastry bag. Place the remaining circles or hearts on top and leave in a cool place for 5-6 hours. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.

Good tip 1:
The same dough can also be used to prepare Honey slices or Marlenka.

Good tip 2:
We prepare the version with wheat flour by replacing Cake mix in the dough with plain flour and Universal mix in the cream also with plain flour.
