Gluten-free crunchy protein bars - Radačky

A crumbly dough with a sweet egg white coating is a must-have on your Christmas table.

  • 2 egg whites
  • pinch of salt
  • 140 g powdered sugar

  1. We prepare the cake mix, sugar, egg and butter by hand.
  2. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Gradually add sugar.
  3. Roll out the dough on a work surface sprinkled with rice flour. Cover with egg white glaze, let stand for 15-30 minutes and cut into bars. The easiest slicing is with a hot disc.
  4. Transfer to a tray lined with baking paper. Decorate half of the sticks with walnuts.
  5. Bake at 170°C for 10-12 minutes. Let it cool on the baking sheet.
  6. We connect the decorated stick with the clean stick with jam.
