The dark confectionary glaze is excellent for decorating various types of desserts.
Use: dissolve the glaze by heating in a microwave oven or in a water bath at a temperature of 40-45°C - do not put on direct fire.
Ingredients: sugar, fully hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm kernel), cocoa powder with reduced fat content 16%, emulsifier soy lecithin E322, vanilla aroma. Contains milk and soy . May contain traces of nuts, soybeans and their products. Store in a dry and cool place.
