A quick appetizer for an unannounced visit. Cheesecake in a glass with two creams and delicious fruit in jelly.

  1. Grind or crush the biscuits and mix with the melted butter.
  2. Mix mascarpone, cottage cheese, sour cream. Add powdered and vanilla sugar, Liana lemon glaze or lemon zest.
  3. Whip whipped cream delight and raspberry whipped cream stabilizer in 300 ml of milk.
  4. Place the biscuits on the bottom of the glasses, layer the cream cheese, raspberry cream and add the fruit in jelly on top. Let it harden in the refrigerator.
