  2. To taste, we can add dried fruit, chopped nuts, coconut, pieces of chocolate...
  3. Bake on a greased and floured baking sheet at a temperature of 175°C for 20-25 minutes.

A good tip:
Spread the baked gingerbread with Liana lemon glaze or jam.
