Quick gluten-free gingerbread

It can't be done faster, this gingerbread is as soft and fluffy as a gingerbread.
Ingredients
  • 300 g Fine mix Liana
  • 180 g powdered sugar
  • 300 ml of milk
  • 100 ml of oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of jam
  • to taste, pieces of chocolate, crushed nuts, dried raisins...

1. Beat all the ingredients with an electric mixer in a bowl. Pour onto a tray lined with baking paper.

2. Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle the top with powdered sugar or you can spread jam and pour melted chocolate over it.

A good tip:
After whipping, we can mix different variations with a spoon to taste, e.g. pieces of chocolate, crushed nuts, raisins, poppy seeds, coconut....
