Sugar pearls ideal for decorating cakes, ice cream, desserts and gingerbread. They are made of sweet and soft sugar mass.

Ingredients : sugar (96%), rice flour, glucose syrup, maltodextrin, wheat flour, camauba wax, shellac, dyes: E120. May contain milk, soy, nuts. The product is sensitive to moisture. Decorate just before serving. Store in a dry and dark place.
