Storage conditions: temperature min. +4°C and max. +20°C.

Processing instructions: for optimal results, cool to +6 - +8°C before whipping. Whipping time: 2 - 4 minutes. Whip at medium speed, longer whipping time will produce a stiffer foam. After opening, store at 2 - 8°C for max. 3 days.
