Ice cream of various flavors from Liana whipped cream stiffeners

Expressly prepared homemade ice cream from our whipped cream stiffeners, which are with plant extracts, in more than 20 flavors.
Ingredients
- 100 g Liana whipped cream thickener to taste
- 120 - 150 ml water
- 500 ml vegetable whipped cream
- cake wafers
Approach
- Whip the vegetable whipped cream until semi-stiff. Mix the whipped cream thickener in water and whisk it into the whipped cream. If necessary, dilute with milk or water.
- Spread the prepared whipped cream stiffener on the cake wafers and cover with the second wafer. Wrap in food foil and let it freeze.
- After freezing, cut and serve.
A good tip:
We will prepare a gluten-free version of the ice cream with gluten-free cake wafers.
