- 50 g Liana strawberry whipped cream thickener
- 250 ml whipping cream 30%
- 50 ml of milk
- cake wafers
1. Pour the strawberry whipped cream stiffener into the whipped cream and beat until semi-stiff. Add milk and beat.
2. Spread the prepared mixture between the wafers and wrap in foil. Put it in the freezer or put the mass in a container and let it freeze.
