Muffins
- 100 g Cake mix Liana / gluten version: 95 g plain flour + 5 g Liana raising powder
- 75 ml water
- 25 ml of oil
- 2 eggs
- 75 g powdered sugar
Cream
- 100 g Liana stiffener of your choice
- 100 - 200 ml lukewarm water
- 500 ml vegetable whipped cream
Muffins :
- Mix the ingredients for the muffins into a smooth mass.
- Place the paper cups in the muffin tin and fill them with batter to half their height.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes at 165°C.
- Remove the center from the cooled muffins with a muffin punch. Fill with fruit in jelly or jam according to taste.
- Cover the filled muffins with hollowed-out dough.
Cream :
- Mix the Liana stiffener in water.
- Beat in semi-whipped vegetable whipped cream. Beat until the desired consistency. Dilute with water as needed. We can sweeten it to taste and add fruit, chocolate, nuts.
