- 500 ml vegetable whipped cream
- 150 ml water
- 100 g Liana tiramisu whipped cream thickener
Next we need
- oblong sponge cakes
- 200 ml stronger instant coffee or melta
- 50 ml almond or coffee liqueur
- Cocoa Dark Liana
- We brew stronger coffee and let it cool.
- Whip the vegetable whipped cream until semi-stiff. Mix the tiramisu whipped cream thickener in water and mix it into the semi-whipped vegetable whipped cream. Beat until the desired consistency.
- Line the glasses or mat with biscuits, sprinkle with coffee mixed with almond or coffee liqueur. Layer part of the cream with a pastry bag. Place the sponge layer again and repeat the process.
- Sprinkle the surface of the tiramisu with a thicker layer of dark Liana cocoa and let it harden in the refrigerator for a while.
