Approach

1. Prepare the lemon jelly:
In a saucepan, mix LianaVIT Lemon in 800 ml of water and add Liana Citric Acid to taste. Sprinkle Liana Gelatin and let it swell. Then gently heat the mixture to dissolve the gelatin, and pour it into a deeper container (for example, a bowl). After solidifying, you will get larger jelly cubes. For an even better effect, you can put the container in the freezer, where the jelly will create an interesting structure resembling ice.

2. Bake a gluten-free crust
Beat the egg whites with granulated sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix the egg yolks with the orange juice. Add the egg yolk mixture, Cake Mix Liana , Liana gluten-free instant oatmeal and orange zest to the beaten egg whites. Mix everything gently with a spatula, spread on a baking sheet measuring approximately 25 × 35 cm lined with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C . After baking, let the cake cool completely.

3. Cook the cream
Prepare a thick cream from milk, Liana Golden Cream , vanilla and granulated sugar. While still warm, stir in the soft cottage cheese and let cool.

4. Prepare the syrup
Boil the orange juice, water, sugar and citric acid briefly until the sugar dissolves. Leave to cool and add orange liqueur or Aperol to taste (optional).

5. Prepare the orange jelly
Mix LianaVIT Orange in water, add the remaining syrup and gelatin. Let it swell, warm gently and prepare for the final pouring of the dessert.

6. Assemble the dessert
Spread a layer of cream on the bottom of the glass. Cover it with the cut-out core, which is thoroughly poured with the prepared orange syrup. Then apply a thin layer of cream using a smooth pastry tip. Arrange the filleted and chopped orange pieces around the perimeter and add another layer of cream. Let the glasses set.

Once set, place lemon jelly cubes on top and pour over the prepared orange jelly.

Before serving, garnish with an orange slice, fresh mint, and an edible paper straw. Steam the edible paper briefly over a pot of boiling water before rolling it into a straw shape.

Tips

1. Create an ice cube effect - If you want your dessert to look like a real summer drink, prepare the lemon jelly according to the recipe and put it in the freezer for a short time. This will give it a texture reminiscent of ice cubes.
2. Let the dessert cool well - Once finished, let the dessert cool in the glass for at least 1-2 hours, ideally overnight. The cream, jelly, and body will combine beautifully and the dessert will be firm and perfectly refreshing when served.
3. Try other LianaVIT flavors - You can easily vary the recipe by using other LianaVIT flavors, such as raspberry or lemon. Each version will create a different color combination and fruity taste.
