Sugar pearls are ideal for decorating cakes, ice cream, desserts and gingerbread. They are made from a sweet and soft sugar mass.

Ingredients: rice flour, sugar (96%), glucose syrup, maltodextrin, wheat flour, carnauba wax, glaze: shellac, coloring: E150b. May contain milk, soy, nuts. The product is sensitive to moisture. Decorate just before serving. Store in a dry and dark place.
