Preparation of one portion: Preheat the oven to 175 °C (fan oven 160 °C). The ingredients must be at room temperature. Place the mixture, water, eggs and vegetable oil in a bowl. Mix for 6-8 minutes until a light dough is formed. Pour the dough into a greased baking tin (filled 1/2 to 2/3) and bake the cake in the oven. Also suitable for muffins (approximately 20 muffins from 500 g of mixture), baking time approximately 20 minutes at 175 °C (fan oven 160 °C).
