Buttercream mix 500g

Create a delicious buttercream with the ready-made mix from FunCakes - ideal for filling and decorating cakes, muffins and cupcakes. To make one serving: The ingredients must be at room temperature. For one serving, add 125 ml of water to 125 g of the mixture and whisk with a whisk. Then let the mixture rest at room temperature for at least one hour. Beat 150 g of unsalted (cream) butter for about 5 minutes until creamy. Then add part of the mixture to the butter and whisk until completely incorporated, then add the rest of the mixture. Once all the mixture is added, beat until smooth for about 10 minutes. One serving of the cream is enough to fill and cover one 20 cm cake or to decorate about 12 muffins.
