Fudge Brownie Mix 500g

The Fudge Brownie Mix from FunCakes allows you to prepare a rich, chocolatey dessert with a soft and creamy center. Just add butter and eggs - easy preparation, professional results. Package 500 g.

To make one serving: Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan oven 140°C). Mix 500g of the mixture and 250g of melted (cream) butter. Add 3 eggs (150g) and mix on low speed for 5 minutes until smooth. Add 125g of chopped walnuts and/or hazelnuts if desired. Line a greased baking tray (20 x 20 cm) with baking paper and fill with the batter. Bake the brownies in the centre of the oven for 35 minutes. Do not open the oven during baking! The brownies will remain soft and creamy on the inside. After baking, let the brownies cool and set in the fridge for at least an hour before slicing.

Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour , cocoa powder (spinach), natural flavor, salt, emulsifier: E471 (palm). May contain traces of: eggs, soy, milk and lupin. Store in a dry and dark place.
