Macaron mix 300g

Make delicious, delicate almond macaroons easily at home! The FunCakes mix is gluten-free, just add egg white and bake. Perfect macaroons without effort - ideal for color variations.

Preparation of one portion: Ingredients must be at room temperature. Mix 300 g of the mixture with 70 g of egg white and add food coloring of your choice. Mix on high speed for at least 5-6 minutes. Fill a pastry bag and shape circles on a macaron mat. Let rest for two hours. Preheat the oven to 140 °C (fan oven 130 °C). Bake for 15 minutes.
