Cold gels are the perfect finish for all kinds of desserts, cakes or artistic desserts. Thanks to this product, you can achieve an unusual look. This is because diamond glaze is characterized not only by its exceptional shine and color, but also by its excellent taste and aroma.
This gel is suitable for finishing flat, inclined or vertical surfaces. Thanks to its ideal consistency, the diamonds are applied in a thin layer, which allows them to be used for "glazing" fresh fruit. It can also be used as a gloss for edible wafers and sugar masses, which after application give, for example, a water effect, a twinkle in the eye, ... In addition, you can create a mirror glaze with the gel.
Ingredients : glucose syrup, water, gelling agents (pectin, sodium alginate, carrageenan), citric acid, acidity regulator (sodium citrate, calcium lactate, calcium phosphate), potassium sorbate, aroma. Store in a dry, dark and cool place <20°C and humidity <65%. After opening, store in the refrigerator.

How to use: Heat the glaze to 37°C, mix thoroughly to achieve a uniform consistency and pour over the dessert. If you need a more liquid consistency, you can add water (max. 30%). Do not add water when solidifying wafers and single-use prints.
