Gluten-free pies with cottage cheese and jam
- 400 g Universal mix Liana
 - ½ tsp salt
 - 250-270 ml of water
 - 100 g lumpy cottage cheese
 - 1-2 KL granulated sugar
 - plum jam
 
Next we need
- We make a smooth dough by hand from the universal mix, salt and water. We adjust the amount of water as needed. Let the prepared dough rest for 5 minutes.
 - Season the cottage cheese with sugar.
 - Roll out on a work surface sprinkled with rice flour. Using a pie mold, we cut out circles, fill them with jam or cottage cheese and stick them together.
 - Cook the pies in boiling salted water for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
 - Meanwhile, fry the prepared butter.
 - Cool the cooked pies in cold water. Remove from the water, cover with fried butter and season with sugar and a pinch of salt.
