Gluten-free homemade stuffing

Do you have older baguettes, rolls, buns or bread? Ideal for stuffing from chicken livers.
Ingredients
  • 50 ml of milk
  • 500 g of chicken roast
  • 5-7 pieces of homemade gluten-free bread
  • 5-6 eggs
  • 2 onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • salt, ground black pepper, red pepper, parsley for seasoning

  1. Cut homemade bread, preferably 1-2 days old, into cubes. Fry chopped onion in oil, add chopped chicken livers and fry for 10 minutes. Let it cool down.
  2. Press the garlic onto the sliced bread, season with salt and pepper, add red pepper, parsley and sprinkle the fried chicken breasts with oil. Add eggs and a little milk. Mix thoroughly and divide into 2 parts.
  3. We put each part in a strong bag and shape a cylinder. We press down properly so that the mass stays in a pile. Close the bag and wrap it with food foil to prevent water from getting inside.
  4. Let the water boil in a larger pot. Add the stuffing and cook for 20 minutes. After removing, leave to cool in the bag. Then unpack and cut into slices. We serve with roast goose, duck, chicken together with rice.
