Gluten-free banana pancakes with oatmeal
- 2 ripe, overripe bananas
- ½ pack Liana Cinnamon Sugar
- ½ cube of yeast
- 300 ml whole milk (you can also use lactose-free)
- 1 egg
- 60 g Liana Fine gluten-free oatmeal
- 150 g Liana Bakery mix
- vegetable oil

- Mash the bananas with a fork. Add the lukewarm milk, yeast, cinnamon sugar and mix. Let the yeast activate for about 10 minutes.
- Add Liana Bakery mix, fine oatmeal and egg. Mix everything well and let it rise for 20 to a maximum of 30 minutes.
- A soft, foamy dough will form. Fry the pancakes in a frying pan on both sides with a little vegetable oil.
- You can serve them with yogurt, fresh fruit, maple syrup, or just enjoy them on their own.
