Our Liana Gingerbread Raising Powder gives it an excellent taste and aroma. You can use it to prepare soft, fluffy gingerbread, classic gingerbread men or gingerbread muffins.
Ingredients: corn starch, rice flour, raising agents: sodium bicarbonate and disodium diphosphate, ground gingerbread spices (starch, cloves, ginger, fennel, anise, nutmeg in varying proportions), fat-reduced cocoa powder, stabilizer: carboxymethylcellulose.
Energy value per 100g of product: Energy 1326kJ/ 317kcal, Fat 1.6g of which saturated fatty acids 0.7g, Carbohydrates 71g of which sugars <0.5g, Protein 4.4g, Salt 2.4g.
