Traditional gluten-free walnut rolls
Dough
- 210 g Cake mix Liana
- 150 g of butter
- 80 g of ground walnuts
- 1 egg
- 1 bag Vanillin sugar Liana
- 50 g powdered sugar
For wrapping
- powdered sugar
- 1 bag Vanillin sugar Liana
1. We make the dough by hand from the listed ingredients. Cover with food foil and let it sit in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
2. Divide the dough into smaller parts and roll out by hand and cut into 8 cm pieces. Shape into rotisserie and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 170°C for 15-20 minutes.
3. Wrap in a mixture of vanillin and powdered sugar.
Tip:
We can omit the egg and add about 10 g of extra butter or 1-2 tablespoons of milk as a substitute.
