You will surely agree that this Wallachian frgal is "missing" only one thing, and that is gluten.

  • 1 egg
  • 50 ml of oil

  1. We prepare yeast from yeast, sugar and about 100 ml of milk, which we leave to rise for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Mix the bakery mix, the prepared yeast, the remaining milk and the egg with a mixer with kneading beaters. Add oil while mixing. Press the dough with oiled hands onto a greased baking sheet. It is ideal to use a pizza pan or any round pan. Cover and leave to rise for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon of vanillin sugar to the nuts, poppy seeds and cottage cheese. Add 40-45 ml of milk to the nuts and poppy seeds, mix thoroughly. Add the lemon glaze, the Golden Cream and the remaining milk to the cheese filling. Plum jam can be flavored with rum or rum flavoring.
  4. Divide the risen dough into 4 parts, apply one filling to each part.
  5. Decorate with dried raisins or remaining fillings. At the end, sprinkle with breadcrumbs prepared from Bakery mix, sugar and oil.
  6. Bake at 170-175°C for 20 minutes.

A good tip:
As another filling, we can use grated apples mixed with cinnamon sugar, or grated pears with vanillin sugar.
