  1. Mix the bakery mix, salt, baking soda, oil and yogurt/sour cream into a dough. Let it stand for a while.
  2. We will make a cylinder, which we will divide into approximately equal parts.
  3. Roll out each part into a thin pancake. Sprinkle with flour so that the dough does not stick.
  4. Bake on a hot, dry pan from one side as well as from the other.

A good tip:
Homemade dressing can be prepared simply by mixing sour cream, ketchup, garlic (it can also be dried). Season with salt, pepper and herbs.
