Gluten-free stuffed tortillas
- 180 g Bakery mix Liana
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 KL Baking soda Liana
- 250 ml yogurt/sour cream
- 1-2 tablespoons of oil
- Mix the bakery mix, salt, baking soda, oil and yogurt/sour cream into a dough. Let it stand for a while.
- We will make a cylinder, which we will divide into approximately equal parts.
- Roll out each part into a thin pancake. Sprinkle with flour so that the dough does not stick.
- Bake on a hot, dry pan from one side as well as from the other.
- Fill with dressing, meat or vegetables according to your taste.
Homemade dressing can be prepared simply by mixing sour cream, ketchup, garlic (it can also be dried). Season with salt, pepper and herbs.
