  1. We will prepare yeast from 150 ml of milk, yeast and 1 KL of sugar. Let the ingredients ferment for about 10 minutes.
  2. Pour the Liana Bakery mix, salt, leavened yeast and the remaining milk into the bowl. Mix with a mixer with kneading beaters and add oil. Cover the dough with cling film and let it rise for 20 minutes.
  3. Roll out the leavened dough to a thickness of 8 mm. Transfer to a tray lined with baking paper and cut into strips. Rub with olive oil with crushed garlic and a pinch of salt. Sprinkle the top with grated cheese and Niva cheese. Half of the pizza sticks can be smeared with ketchup mixed with oregano, olive oil with crushed garlic and a pinch of salt. Make a propeller shape, rub the dough with olive oil and garlic and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 180-200°C for about 10 minutes until golden brown.

GARLIC DRESSING: mix 200 ml of sour cream with 2 crushed cloves of garlic, a pinch of salt and Niva cheese.
