Gluten-free fruit and cheese sponge cake
- 120 g softened butter
 - 150 g powdered sugar
 - 3 eggs
 - 250 g cake mix Liana
 - 1 PL Golden cream Liana
 - 150 ml of whipping cream
 
Cheese filling
- 200 g soft cottage cheese
 - 20 g Liana vanillin sugar
 - 30 g granulated sugar
 - 1 PL Golden cream Liana
 
Next we need
- Beat softened butter together with sugar, gradually add eggs one by one. Mix the Cake mix mixed with the Golden cream by hand. Dilute the batter with approximately 80-100 ml of whipping cream.
 - Spread the larger half of the dough into a mold lined with baking paper.
 - We apply the cottage cheese filling to the dough, which is obtained by mixing cottage cheese with sugar and Golden Cream.
 - We spread the fruit evenly and cover it with the remaining dough, which we diluted even more with the remaining whipping cream.
 - Bake at 170°C for 30 minutes.
 - Before serving, sprinkle with decorative powdered sugar.
