A set of gel food colors intended for coloring coating confectionery materials and decorations. Thanks to the highly concentrated color, they allow you to achieve expressive and vivid colors even with small amounts. You apply the gel color directly to the substance. You do not need to dilute with water.

Main use : marzipan, cream, toppings, jams, jellies, ice creams, drinks, alcohol,...

Dosing: Start with the smallest possible amount of paint. Slowly increase the doses until you reach the desired color, and at home we recommend dosing with a toothpick. Estimated dosage 0.5-3 g per 1 kg of weight.
Smaller doses are sufficient for subtle shades (even from 0.1 g/kg), for stronger colors it is possible to add more dye (up to 20 g/kg).
In the case of a large amount, the dye can migrate and liquefy the marzipan and sugar mass.

Gel colors can be mixed with each other. The dyes are based on glucose-sugar syrup, they contain a minimum amount of water (from 2% to 10% depending on the color), which allows the coloring of fats after emulsification to a limited extent.

Colors: ecru, sunny yellow, pink, red, purple, blue, pistachio green and black.
