The frosting is white in color and has a sweet taste. Ideal for decorating gingerbread, cookies, cakes, cupcakes and other confectionery products.

Ingredients : powdered sugar, citric acid, powdered egg white .

Method of preparation: mix the contents of the package with 25g of water and mix with a whisk until the mass is smooth. Adjust the consistency of the mass with the amount of water. Protect from direct light and moisture.
