Icing LEMON Liana 1 kg without sugar

Mixture (concentrate) for preparing glaze with lemon aroma.

Perfect for various types of desserts (cheese, poppy seed, nut...)

The use:

Mix 200 g of powdered sugar (8 spoons) into 25 g of this mixture, add 5 spoons of cold water and 1 teaspoon of oil. Spread the mixed mass on flour and let it harden. Cut with a warm knife.

Ingredients: sugar, modified potato starch, acidity regulator: citric acid, aroma, anti-caking agent: calcium phosphate.
